New report on Responsible Energy Costs in Higher and Further Education
Monday 22nd November 2010The final report of the Responsible Energy Costs (RECSO) project is now available. This examines the scope and feasibility of creating greater financial incentives for energy efficiency through mechanisms such as devolved energy budgeting, shared energy cost/savings schemes, and whole life costing. Although primarily focused on IT, many of its conclusions are relevant to labs.
